Container Stirrer SMEC and GMEC

SMEC Container stirrers are the economical solution for homogenisation of products with a viscosity till max. 1200 mPas, in 1000 litres IBC transport containers. This type of container stirrers, including the traverse, available from € 990,–.

GMEC container stirrers are designed for middle viscosity media till max. 6000 mPas and consist of a 3 phase gearmotor directly coupled to a stirrer shaft.

Both container stirrers are made of stainless steel and can be fixed to the container frame without tools. The adjustable fixing elements of the traverse allow the stirrer tot be mounted on many types of open vessel under 1 meter. The GMEC container stirrers have one or two folding propellers.

To make the handling of the stirrers easier, optional crane lashes or fork-lift sleeves can be ordered for the stirrer traverse. We strongly recommend the optional motor overload protection switch to prevent motor damage and to provide a safe switching possibility.

ATEX EX

For use in explosive areas, the GMEC and the PMGEC are available in an ATEX approved version for use in Zones 1 and 2. The prices of some versions for ATEX zone 2 are described in the price list below. The prices of other container stirrers are available on request. Also available models with 1-phase, 230 V, alternating steam engines, air-powered actuators or drives with frequency inverter. All prices excl. taxes of duties, without packaging, by full payment upfront and until 31 december 2016.
